Outlook & District Playschool has always been a community-run program, and like many small programs, we’ve seen changes in registration over the past few years.

Rather than stepping back, we are moving forward with a more sustainable, community-supported approach. One that helps ensure local children can continue to access a gentle, play-based start to learning.

Why Your Support Matters

 

Playschool is more than just a few hours of play.

 

It’s where children begin to:

– learn social skills
– experience group routines
– prepare for the transition to kindergarten

 

At the same time, it provides families with support during an important stage of early childhood.

 

Your support helps cover essential costs such as:
– Facility rent
– Program supplies and materials
– Outdoor play equipment

Every contribution helps keep this long-standing program accessible and sustainable for local families.

Our Sponsorship Campaign

 

This year, we are introducing a community sponsorship initiative designed to create a win-win for families, sponsors, and the program.

 

Through this campaign, local businesses and community members can help sponsor children’s tuition, making it possible for more families to access playschool.

 

Tuition for the school year is:
– $480 for the 1-day-per-week program
– $850 for the 2-day-per-week program

Some families may qualify for partial or full tuition support through this initiative.

 

This approach allows:
– Children to benefit from early learning opportunities
– Families to access support when needed
– Sponsors to invest directly in their local community
