Registration at Outlook & District Playschool is open year-round, as space allows. We currently have spots available for both 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds.

Our program offers a play-based learning environment where children learn important routines, social skills, and independence through play, exploration, and fun. These early experiences help children build confidence, strengthen fine motor skills, and feel prepared for future school experiences, at their own pace.

Outlook & District Playschool is ideal for families looking for a gentle introduction to group learning, especially for children who may benefit from smaller class sizes, shorter days, and a familiar community setting.

What Your Child Needs for Playschool
Ready for your child to attend playschool? Here’s what to bring each day to help them feel comfortable, prepared, and ready to play:

Backpack

Lunch kit with snacks

Water bottle

Indoor shoes (may be left at the playschool)

Weather-appropriate outdoor clothing

Spare set of clothing (just in case!)
Please ensure all belongings are clearly labelled, as this helps us return any misplaced items.

Parents are asked to bring the Publishing Permission Form with their child on their first day of playschool.

Drop-in Passes!!
Drop-In Passes
We also offer drop-in passes for families who would like a flexible option or want to try playschool before committing to regular attendance. Drop-in spots are available as space allows.
